Got an email with all the details, like the address and where to collect keys, which was very helpful. The apartment is conveniently located, just 600 meters from the Tower of London and close to St Paul's Cathedral. Housekeeping was also provided, though on a limited basis.
Toilet paper for god's sake isn't a luxury. No soap, shampoo or body wash provided.

The room at Monument Apartments was absolutely charming! It had a cozy and homely vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable. The decor was lovely and gave it a touch of elegance. As an old people, it was perfect for me to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring London.
Personally, I found the WiFi connection at Monument Apartments to be a bit weak. However, I understand that this is just my subjective opinion and others may not have a problem with it.

The check-in was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised when the cleaner came down to meet me. The main room was bright and spacious, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and comfy seating. The shower and bathroom were perfect, despite the small size. The location was fantastic, with a Tesco store nearby and a great bar just across the road with amazing views. The building was secure, and the agent was friendly and helpful. a fantastic stay with comfy beds and a nice airy space for our family.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The bathroom is small but perfect, and the shower head could use a descale. The building is secure, and the agent is helpful and friendly.
There were some issues with cleanliness in the public areas, such as a black bag in the lift and the stairwell.

Keys were emailed before arrival, saved me from talking to anyone. Close to Tower of London, so I could wave hello to the tourist hordes. Housekeeping was so "limited" that I felt like I was in a secret hideaway.
Can't complain, I had the time of my life.

Lovely apartment with spacious rooms and modern facilities. Two living rooms, one with a convertible sofa and two foldable single beds. Big kitchen with all the amenities. Three bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Great value for money.
Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.

We booked an apartment due to travelling with four children. The apartment was lovely, comfy beds and a nice airy space. Fantastic location. Nice new and comfortable apartment - really looking like on photos. The size of the apartment was amazing. Two bathrooms and a laundry with washer/dryer, drying rack, and additional toilet - fantastic. Location brilliant. Beds soft but comfy. Very quiet. Two TVs - great.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Early check-in possible, bright room with kitchen/diner/lounge, spacious with dishwasher and microwave, comfortable seating. Challenging ceiling angle in the bedroom but manageable. Close to Tesco store and great bar with Thames views. Highly recommended at affordable rates!
